I love the fair, forever a kid at heart.
Just made these ethereal goddess space cakes, sparkling with sugar and tiny pink pearls. Adorned with a pale pastel marshmallow moon, or a baby strawberry. They taste better than they look, filled with chocolate chips, walnuts, banana, cinnamon,coconut oil,…and flax. The cream cheese icing makes it. Cute and strong.
